DAY 05 - 06: DAYS AT SEA

Enjoy an amazing array of flavors and a wide selection of restaurants to suit every mood. The menus are inspired by, and sourced from, the incredible regions we visit.

Each of the clubs, bars and lounges is a unique destination unto itself, with menus offering a diverse selection of classics to complement the latest trends. Some also reflect the regions we visit. To keep the menus dynamic and fresh, we work with a variety of sources including mixologists from the brands we serve and our creative, passionate team of beverage specialists at each bar.

DAY 07: SAO POULO, BRAZIL

Don't be intimidated by this sprawling city of nearly 20 million in the Southeastern region of Brazil. As one of the largest cities in the world, there’s much to discover on a cruise to Sao Paulo. Located about 34 miles from Port of Santos, it’s a bustling metropolis with a melting-pot of cultural influences, the largest Japanese population outside of Japan, Italian, Arab, German, and many more call this city home. 

DAY 08: ILHABELA, BRAZIL

Ilhabela literally means 'beautiful island' and indeed it is, with its volcanic peaks, beautiful beaches, tropical jungle and a staggering 360 waterfalls. The UNESCO-protected biosphere is home to toucans and capuchin monkeys, shipwrecks and mountains, making it a favourite destination for divers, hikers, surfers and beach-bums alike.

DAY 09: BUZIOS, BRAZIL

This peninsula beach resort, made popular in the 1960s by Brigitte Bardot, boasts more than 20 beaches, with those to the west experiencing calmer water than the east-facing Praia's, which are ideal for surfers and windsurfers. Boating, scuba diving and surfing are the most popular activities here, with excellent schools for novices wishing to learn. When the sun dips, enjoy delicious, fresh seafood at one of the popular pay-by-the-kilo restaurants before drinking and dancing the night away at one of the town's popular bars or nightclubs.

DAY 10 - 12: RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL

Samba on down to Rio, famous for its dramatic landscape and beach culture, easy going except for the four days of frenetic, feather-festooned Carnival. From the summits of Sugarloaf to Corcovado in the national park, there are many opportunities to take in the breathtaking natural beauty of the city. Cruises to Rio de Janeiro are not complete without a cable car ride or walking tour for 360-degree views of Guanabara Bay, the city of Niteroi, and so much more. Check out the activity at one or two of the 23 beaches, including the Copacabana and Ipanema, crowded with beautiful sunbathers and swimmers, and populated by surfers, bikers.

DAY 13 - 14: DAY AT SEA

While at sea, take the time to recharge before the next adventure. Lounge by the pool, be spoiled at the spa, taste the delicacies or explore the venues on-board, until we arrive at the next amazing destination.

DAY 15: PUNTA DEL ESTE, URUGUAY

If South America had purposely created a place to compete with the Riviera, this would be it. Leisurely browse through the chic shops and galleries of Calle Gorlero, or spend a relaxing afternoon people watching from a beachside café while the assorted sun lovers and jet setters around you enjoy one of the continent’s most storied playgrounds.

DAY 16: MONTEVIDEO, URUGUAY

Montevideo is a thoroughly modern city with a rich artistic tradition, the reach of the rural estancias is all around you. If ever there were a time you were inclined to indulge, delicious steaks are the speciality of the house in virtually every restaurant.

DAY 17: CRUISE DISEMBARK TO UK

This morning you will disembark and be transferred to the airport for your return flight back to the UK.
